Too many workplaces are driven by cynicism, paranoia, and self-interest. But the best ones foster trust and cooperation because their leaders build what Sinek calls a "Circle of Safety" that separates the security inside the team from the challenges outside. Sinek illustrates his ideas with fascinating true stories that range from the military to big business, from government to investment banking.

Revisado: 11-05-22
The information gathered for this book is very good- relevant to success in leadership growth. There's a little activism at one point but it's not damaging to the message.

Excellent Resource
Revisado: 02-22-20
I work in schools & I'm always looking for a passable book to help people understand the students we work with- they are difficult to find. Nothing brings as many questions from parents or staff as much as autism because there are very few set rules or answers This book is friendly, enjoyable, and a great resource. Much more than information- insightful. I will be happily recommending it to anyone who will listen.

Finally- real news!
Revisado: 06-21-18
News from a news man not a television elitest. Includes the parts of the story that doesn't sell commercials or cause people to believe it's none of their business - just other people's problem. Great narrator.
