Listened to the whole thing in one afternoon. The descriptions and recipes were talked about in simple language that I could understand. The narrator goes in depth about the immune system and how it functions. Then he goes on about autoimmune diseases and which foods contribute to them and which ones prevent them. I never knew so many things affect our immune systems. Even the air we breathe outside can hurt us. Wow, my eyes are open now!
