Made up words just to confuse readers

The narrator did decent, but the first half of the book is a jumbled mess of the writers throwing around crazy names and terms without any form of explanation. You eventually get the gist of things, but they’ll still toss out names that mean nothing because there’s no way you would have remembered the character. Horrible start, okay finish

Top notches all around. I’ve become a huge fan of Amie Kaufman over the past few years. The only gripe I have with this book is that I wish it was at least 2-3 times longer so it could flesh out the world and characters more. But will see if they do that in the next books! That cliffhanger affected me way more than any other series
