Would have been good, if it wasn't a polítical hack story.

A Political hack job.
Whining, about the 2016 elections being stolen. Meanwhile, the characters have no morality Whatsoever. they want to justify their Breaking the law, on doing anything they want, Making up evidence and breaking, every ethical code A police officer should hold dear. Instead, you get a the means are justified because of the end B.S.

boring, difficult to get through, what a waste.

Boring, I had to set the speed to 1.25 to make it slightly better. The narrator does his best however The story definitely shows the inmaturity of the character. There's no real character growth or depth. I believe it was a waste of my credit. I have enjoyed many of this authors books but this is not one of them.

Dungeons and Dragons mixed with Lord of the rings

If you loved playing Dungeons and Dragons with your friends, this book is for you. the Premise of the book is a Gamer is Testing a new gaming system, when Everything goes wrong. His consciousness is Uploaded into the game. The characters that are described in depth seem awfully like the characters in Lord of the Rings. throw in a few NPC and you now have a never ending Series. IMO I enjoyed the story however the constant 3 to five minutes description of leveling up, and how the player was using Their skill points, was Mind numbing. for that reason I don't think I will continue with this series.

I was on the fence about purchasing this book due to the reviews. however, after listening to it, I no longer believe most of the reviews. I thought this book was one of the better in the series. there has been a book or 2 in this series, where some criticism was due. IMO this book certainly was not one of those.
As always the narration is excellent. the story was not repetitive or boring. I enjoyed the faster pace of this book.
I give it an 8 out of 10
if you have made it this far in the series you will enjoy this one.

A space Opera you'll love to hate.

love this series of space opera. Book three is entertaining. the Skippy character can be a little annoying at times. Skippy needs to tone it down in future books or I'll lose interest.

this is worth the listen. the story line was fast paced. the narration was a little monotone but wasn't hard on the ears. the author clearly doesn't understand cryptocurrency and how it works, but it didn't affect the storyline.
