I've been following the Fasting and Intermittent Fasting for three years, have lost over 20 pounds, and have kept it off with no problem. I especially like the new recipes. I've suggest this book to several friends, and one or two are still doing the 5:2 fast. Fasting is not for everyone, but for those who can, it's a great way to lose weight and get healthy. Fasting and Intermittent Fasting is just awesome.
