Others may say, too much or not enough... they're obviously not a clueless beginner like myself. I had too many questions and he broke down EVERYTHING. OKAY so maybe he didn't detail EVERY LITTLE THING you need to know, but he definitely gets you to a point where you have the process, you KNOW the process and you are equipped enough to make it happen.

Good listen and even better tool to help you on your way to your first 🤝🏽 deal. PERIOD.

only issue I have is ZION when he was introduced he said call him zion. you were doing it until that last dude messed the name up 😞... now his name changed.

excellent performance!! love the book!! hate I had to skip the last one. I just couldn't listen to the narrator. sorry, honesty is the best policy

sorry reader. too breathy and dramatic for no reason. last one you were at least bearable... this one I just couldn't. ***edited rating after forcing myself to listen* Please note.... I enjoyed the different characters excellent job there. it's when he's NOT being a character. The narrator, as himself narrating... is breathy and drags words out for what he may think is dramatic affect. I just can't get past it. Again, the story is excellent, the characters were absolutely superb... but the part where it was just the narrator reading... I had to fast forward through a lot. please take this as constructive and not a dig personally for the reader.

a couple of small things... work on your endings... every once in a blue moon there can be a happy ending for everyone... just once in a while at least?

narrator... your reading is so good... only thing that urks the bejeebies out of me... your ending inflections on the words "she said" or "he said". You say them like you're STARTING A SENTENCE INSTEAD OF ENDING ONE!!! GIRL I LOVE YOUR NARRATION BUT I BE WANTING TO HURT YOU AFTER EVERY ENDING SENTENCE!!

OTHER THAN THAT YOU'RE AWESOME!! YOU HAVE ALMOST UNMATCHED ACTING ABILITY IN THIS READING GAME! KNOW THAT! BUT PLEASE WORK ON ENDING SENTENCE INFLECTIONS. 😗😘

Love Ashley and Jaquavis together... the book was intriguing. The narration was a little hurried and although the narrator was great at voices she was lacking in other areas... kinda hard to get past.

Her "parts" were excellent but the "in between" the parts was so hurried and awkward. Overall this was a good book tho.
