All of these “ways” have merit, some much more than others. This was an easy listen and is worth a second listen.

Good peek into the world of memory and memory champions

This audio book is not a “How to improve your memory” book, and the book summary does not claim it to be. Josh does provide some basic introduction to some of the popular techniques used by memory champions, but it is no tutorial. The audio book is a good listen, and I found it interesting and a good look into memory. I would recommend this book and that the listener finishes as while the book may seem to take the long way around to the point, the stories along the way help you understand the level of effort; the challenges; and the oddities that make the ending worth the time. Listen with an open mind and enjoy the content.
