I love this series!

All of Pucked love series by Helena Hunting are magic. From the first to the last. Each of their characters are unique, they have their own quirks. These make them lovable and give enexpected moments of hilarity. These are my go to when I'm having a horrible day. Just wrap up in their loveliness and the day gets better.

Great Story...Great Performance...

Consider who is writing reviews and where they are based. If you come out of CA you will find a flawless performance. I find the whispering charming. As most Hollywood performances are edited in CA most people are going to find this narater predictable and easy to understand. I like a lively Southern or British accent as well as the next person. I am a frequent listener to audible. I find this performance an easy listen. I grew up in CA and we pronounce "Either" not "eIther" and "nAked" not "naukit". These differences are in my opinion miner and simply give the story a certain zest as the narater gives some of their qualoquial qualities to the story. If you have the chance try living in Europe where once someone is in their hometown dialect no one understands them accept the other towns people.

The story moves well. One is not left often with the characters quibbles. The chemistry stretches well in a believable manner. The end is a little surprising one could read on or not...the sequel.

I liked the story and the performance. I went in a bit hesitant as so many people had commented on the narater ruining the story. She did not! I found the performance quite in order and fitting the story well.

Short and sweet...but not too sweet...

This is a fast pace novel dealing with the removal of narcist out of a life. Something that anyone who has done this, should have a grounded person at the end. Jay Crownover has written another spell binding book...listen and enjoy...

Great Story!

I have the 3 in one stilleto books. I always begin thinking Nana Malone is going to write a light airy kind of book. Don't let the door hit you on the way out... On the back end their is a point the story rolls to and it's not frivolous or light. So far they are all delightful in all their spiciness.

Mariana Zapata's romances are always a slow character build. All the sweet angst of people getting to know one another. Finding their own foundations for a beautiful life together. Read and enjoy!

I just re-read this book...

I found this book a really difficult read. The communication between everyone was really rocky. I have since forgotten I didn't enjoy this book and have gone on to enjoy the rest of the series. So this is my personal preference I found this book not as enjoyable as the others...

I hoped with a title like this it would be action packed with pithy funny comebacks. It was action packed alas the pithy comebacks that would have softened the violence was sadly lacking...

I thought this would be were the series begins to dip... I thought maybe too vanilla... NO, this has some lovely entertaining plot twists. I'm pretty sure if Bennett wanted to write "vanille" I'd find that interesting as well. Her characters connect well and their emotions seem genuine...

I listen to way too much romance...I think it's made me a romance snob. The first book in this series was so sweet, with the love and pleasure amped so high there were no contrasting lows and I felt like the story fell flat. I was quite hesitant to purchase this book. However this book was worth every credit I paid for both books combined. The plot was just improbable enough to sweep you away. The highs were high the lows completed them well...
