.. for sales people and non-sales people because everything in life is, more or less, negotiation. Some of the ideas resonate with another book I happened to read; 'Getting More' by Stuart Diamond. Although this book is written in 1940s, basic principles apply even today, somewhat to my amazement.

Ideas in this book work. They really do. It deals with communication and negotiation at a very fundamental level and hence, the ideas work in an extremely wide variety of situations. This book goes much beyond books like 'how to win friends and influence people'. The thing I like is, we can be ourselves while practicing the concepts. No need to be somebody else. That's a big deal, isn't it? I read the physical book and got the audiobook to refresh once again. I think al least 2 reads will be required to fully imbibe the concepts.

Very well written story of a biz and it's founder

Just loved this book. The story itself is very interesting but what is more, I really loved the style of writing. I especially recommend this book to all entrepreneurs and wannabe entrepreneurs. I was moved, inspired, and, in the end, more determined. Just go for it.
