Not a bad try

The plot was the best thing about this book the characters were likable enough but the truth is I kept getting distracted by the narrator he was just awful and every so often the audio would sound different like it was recorded on a different day or with different equipment. All in all it was just to distracting.

The theory was good

Where to begin lets start with what I liked the Ancient alien part of the story was interesting and could be explored further. The way the city and terrain was discribed was striking and had my imagination on over drive. Now for the bad the Characters were just Unlikable which is sad because you want to like them in fact the dog is the only character that you could care for and they kill him which made me angry I hate when dogs die or get hurt. The romance between the the two main characters was just to complicated and Serena just seemed to just hate Conrad plus Serena was just completely irritating and hateful she really had no Redeeming qualities. The only other thing I have to say is I really wanted to like this Audio book so I'm willing to give this author another chance.

This was another great book in the Sean Dillon series. It brought back some beloved characters and we get get some new characters that are ready to join in the series. All in all I had a great time listening.

Excellent

This is the one of the best adventure series out there and it’s right up with anything Clive Cussler has written. The books in this volume take you on a hell of a journey and though I was a little disappointed with how the last book left off I am looking forward to finding out what happens between Dane and Angel and what he and Bones look for next. I highly recommend these book.

Annoyed

As I was listening to this book I kept hoping it would get better as all the secrets of the church was starting to annoy me. With regret it did not get any less annoying. So by the end of the book nothing was really resolved and not to give anything away no secrets were truly revealed. Because of this the ending was a flop for me.

I’m think I’m a plus now well maybe.

This is the latest of Greg Gutfeld’s books and just like all the others I could not stop listening. It was smart and innovative and had me thinking and laughing through out the book. Like Greg I’m very cynical and been know to be a little negative so I’m going to try and take his advice and be a plus because well it sounds like a good idea. Bottom line this is a great book .

A little to much like Armageddon

I gave this book five stars based on the very strong ending and epilogue it has the rest of the book was still worth reading and is at least four to four and a have stars. To me it just started to feel a little bit like watching the movie Armageddon if it could go wrong it went wrong and the characters never seemed to catch a break. That might be good sometimes here it was just a little bit much some times you just need a win or some Levity. Spoiler alert I also thought the death of the hunter in this book was unwarranted at least because the death was supposed to be felt deeply by everyone but she was such a minor character I just did not know that much about her. To me it was like killing of a red shirt. All in all it was entertaining.

Jack Higgins is still on top

With this being the twentieth book in the Sean Dillon series you would think the formula would be getting a little stale. But it’s not all though I have a feeling the we are in for some transitioning since the characters are getting older. I’m kind of excited to find out what comes next. Especially for the characters of Sara Gideon and Billy Slater. As they both seem to come in to there own in this book especially the Sara Gideon character. I highly recommend this book as do I all Jack Higgins works.

The last nazi a review

I just finished listening to the last nazi.i have to admit that when I first started listening to this audio book.I found some of the technical statements about the Espionage Business a little obscure and I definitely had to look up whether or not there was an actual Starbucks at CIA headquarters in Langley. But the more I listened to the more my interest peaked at the story and trying to figure out what the twists were going to which I’m happy to say kept me guessing until they popped up. Overall I really enjoyed this audio book and I highly recommend it.
