Inheritance is an absolute awesome conclusion to an incredible series. Narrated by Gerard Doyle, the story takes us all the way Galbatorix's castle where Eragon, Saphira, Fantastic, Shruikan, Murtagh and Thorn have an incredible confrontation which will leave the world of Alagaesia spellbound.

Brisingr is a marvellous fantastical story, full of sacrifice, love, hope and plenty of fighting, politics, magic and an awesome scene about forging a sword. Above all it is a great story, great listen and even more dragons then the previous two novels. Well worth reading and listening to.

Eragon, Christopher Paolini's first novel is a brilliant debut. I love dragon stories and this is one of the best. Not quite as good as George R R Martin, but a worthy read. Eragon is a young teenager growing up with his Uncle and Cousin when all of a sudden he finds a Bright blue rock in the forest. The rock soon hatches and a dragon is born. Eragon's world is suddenly turned upside down and he is cast into an adventure where he and his dragon Saphira must grow up quickly in order to survive and save the world from a great evil. Gerard Doyle's performance as narrator is brilliant as well.

I am in absloute awe of The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest. The story is the stunning conclusion to the Millennium trilogy by Stieg Larsson. Whilst Lisbeth is recovering in Hospital SAPO is gathering its forces to destroy Lisbeth, Millennium and anyone who is in a position to expose their secrets. Meanwhile Mikael Blomkvist and Millennium and their allies are rushing to Lisbeth defence, working to reveal the truth about Zalachenko and SAPO. I am so looking forward to the next book in the series which is written by David Lagercrantz and will be released in August 2015.

A shocking and brilliant story, The Girl Who Played With Fire sees Lisbeth Salander's past come to haunt her, when she is sudddenly on the run from police for a double murder. The journalist Mikael Blomkvist is determined to help unravel the mystery and to prove Lisbeth's innocence. This story takes so many twists and turns, it ends on a cliffhanger and is absolutely brilliant.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is a truly brilliant masterpiece, which focuses mostly on an investigation into the disappearance in 1966 of Harriet Vranger. What the investigation uncovers is at once shockingly disturbing. A great read with an excellent side plot dealing with an investigation of a corrupt businessman and his company the Wennerstrom corporation. One of the best listens anyone could ever treat themselves to.

A great conclusion to one the best children's trilogies I have ever listened to, and read. In Inkdeath Orpheus has made it into the story and is reeking havoc in the lives of the people and animals of Inkworld. Mo becomes becomes more like the Bluejay than ever before, and Dustfinger is returned to the world of the living at huge personal cost to Mo. Can Meggie, Mo and Dustfinger save Inkworld from the Adderhead before it is too late? Have a listen to this brilliant conclusion to the Inkheart trilogy, read by Allan Corduner to find out.

Brendan Fraser's reading is brilliant!

Brendan Fraser's reading of Inkspell by Cornelia Funke is absolutely brilliant. This time instead of the characters coming out of the book of Inkheart, we are taken into the world of Inkworld, where the story takes place. We are introduced to the Megalomaniac Orpheus who is able to read people in and out of books but is unable to read himself into Inkworld which is his greatest desire. Reggie, Mo, Farid and Dustfinger meet new allies, new enemies as well as old, namely Basta and Capricorns mother Mortola. A brilliant sequel which is better than Inkheart and Fraser's performance as narrator brings the story to life.

The characters come alive when reading Inkheart out loud. Forefinger is a fire eating performer who tricks with fire are brilliant. Maggie and Mo read the characters to life, and Dustfingers Marten Gwin. Lynn Redgrave delivered a brilliant performance of Inkheart. The book is absolutely brilliant. Cornelia Funke is one of the better children's authors around. The Chronicles of Narnia by C S Lewis was absolutely pathetic compared to the Inkheart trilogy.
