Historia
If the broken neon signs, shuttered storefronts, and sub-standard housing didn’t tip you off, you’ve just wandered into the city of “Undisclosed”. You don’t want to be caught dead here, because odds are you just might find yourself rising from the grave. That hasn’t stopped tourists from visiting to check out the unusual phenomena that hangs around our town like radioactive fallout. Interdimensional parasites feeding on human hosts, paranormal cults worshipping demonic entities, vengeful teenage sorcerers, we’ve got it all.

Historia
The Dark Path is considered Isaac Weishaupt's magnum opus; a result of many years delving into the recesses of occult dogma from the approach of open-minded rationalism. Isaac's journey started with an attempt to separate religion from conspiracy theories, but the agenda clearly showed a connection. The question to be considered is if the agenda of the Illuminati overlaps with the tenets of the occult and whether or not there is an evil influence at play.

Revisado: 03-01-22
I loved this book so much I will listen to it again! And again! And again! And I’ll order a physical copy of it because I want it for my collection. Very informative and interesting points made! I enjoyed how the book was laid out and talked about the occult in different areas like entertainment government religion etc. I also enjoyed the narration.

Historia
From electrifying horror author Nick Cutter comes a haunting new novel, reminiscent of Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian and Stephen King's It, in which a trio of mismatched mercenaries is hired by a young woman for a deceptively simple task: check in on her nephew, who may have been taken against his will to a remote New Mexico backwoods settlement called Little Heaven. Shortly after they arrive, things begin to turn ominous.

This book is Horror to the max
Revisado: 02-02-17
I loved this book so much!! I listen to a ton of audiobooks and a majority of them are horror. It can be hit or miss. This book is everything I look for in a horror novel . It is great. Great characters, great story, great ending. I really liked The Troop and was a little iffy about The deep but damn Little Heaven seals the deal I am a Nick Cutter fan for sure.

Historia
Since his wife died, Ralph Roberts has been having trouble sleeping. Each night he wakes up a bit earlier until he's barely sleeping at all. During his late-night walks, he observes some strange things going on in Derry, Maine. He sees colored ribbons streaming from people's heads, two strange little men wandering around town after dark, and more. He begins to suspect that these visions are something more than hallucinations brought on by lack of sleep.

Very very slow, hard to keep interested!
Revisado: 08-11-16
I am a constant reader through and through. With that being said, I had a really hard time staying interested in this book. I thought that the story was not inthralling enough to keep me paying attention to all the small details and then when something interesting would grab me, I felt confused at why it was happening. The action starts and dies quick, which kept me hoping things would pick up. I have no issue with long books at all. I am also a fan of king's world & character building, lengthy descriptions as well. This one just fell flat for me. The major complaints I see on here are about the music, I have listened to a handful of audiobooks with music and if done right can add a lot to the story! Overall I'd say this is a very slow paced book with narration that can sometimes be very monotone.
