Historia
Kane Ravenwood, King of Onyx Kingdom, would go to the ends of the continent for Arwen Valondale, but what if she’s beyond even that? Broken in ways he never imagined he could be, Kane must survive to fulfill the prophecy and kill his father, Fae King Lazarus. After what he's endured, Kane is willing to save all of Evendell by whatever means necessary—even if that spells his own death. Little does Kane know, he's not the only one desperate for revenge. Arwen is no longer afraid to fight—no sacrifice is too great, no enemy too daunting. Now, nothing will stop her from destroying Lazarus.

A bit easy to guess
Revisado: 08-13-24
I read this for my spooky book club and it was alright! The narrators did a great job and I really liked the inserts of the podcast recordings and interviews. I guessed this one fairly early and I felt like the end could have been wrapped up a bit better but overall a good thriller/mystery to get the spooky season started!

Did not guess the killer!
Revisado: 08-13-24
Great installment. Loved the new setting and more Liam and Sage! I did not guess the killer and honestly I was kind of sad at who it was. Glad Paisley got what she wanted though and hopefully she will change and become her own person. I also loved that Parker was finally honest with Reid. The comparisons to wine when Parker has her inner monologues are top notch. All in all, another great cozy mystery.

Historia
Lately, Molly has been feeling that she might have fallen into a fairy tale: she's reinvigorated the family bookshop Thomas Marlowe—Manuscripts and Folios, made friends in her new home of Cambridge, England, and is even developing a bit of a romance with Kieran. Having recently discovered The Strawberry Girls, a classic children's tale, Molly is thrilled to learn the author, Iona York, lives nearby. But while visiting the famous author at her lovely cottage in nearby Hazelhurst, an old acquaintance of Iona's tumbles off her roof to his death.

Long kids book
Revisado: 08-13-24
Another great installment! This one had a lot of characters so it was a tad bit harder to follow. Also it seems like Molly is never in the store working. And The Strawberry Girls was not a kids book! It was so long LOL. No parent is reading that book to their kids. Maybe read over a few nights or if they could read it to themselves. Overall a good cozy mystery. Also love Kieran and love him and Molly together.
