Ending was rushed and loose ends.

The book was really good though it was a story of a scary futuristic world using Thailand as a back drop.The pace was good and characters well developed. The narrator did a fantastic job. My three stars was for the rushed ending leaving a few things unexplained.

great overview of reasonable health principles

The course was by a 70ish year old MD with a scientific understanding of health principles. Dr Anthony Goodman is currently 78! What better person to learn from? The course puts all those health concepts together for me that I'd forgotten or missed since college. I needed this refresher course. The course reminds you to stop listening to fake health news. Stop chasing the latest fad diet or supplement. Stick with whole foods and he quotes Pollan mostly plants and not too much. Eat a balanced diet of healthy carbohydrates, lean protein, healthy fat. Reduce eating processed foods especially sugar and flour. Good luck. Be healthy. Slow down and think about what you're putting in your body starting with the macro molecules.
