Great manual.

Although there is no manual for parenting, raising a kid who has a cognitive or mental handicap of any type is undoubtedly difficult. My parents would have liked to have a book like this to better understand me since I have ADHD, and I can only image how challenging it was to raise me.

Being an insomniac, it has always been difficult for me to wake up late at night and go back to sleep. Of all the meditations I've tried, this is perhaps the only one that has helped me get back to sleep and wake up feeling rested. I heartily endorse it!
