Keep Pain in the Past explains a process that allows you to do most, if not all, of the recovery on your own. It will teach you the critical skill of treating psychological wounds and help you identify and face this pain and find closure on your own. Use Dr. Chris Cortman's easy-to-master method to remember, feel, express, release, and reframe the trauma that has been haunting you for years.

Clearly these men are therapist that have been around for years with a great understanding of mental health issues. They know how to breakdown therapy and approaches and explain thoroughly the efficacy of certain cognitive approaches. Comparable to “The Body Keeps the Score. My favorite therapy book until now.

I listened to this for over a week and got through all 17 episodes. In usual Mel Fashion everything is so relatable. Her tips and advice is motivational and functional for my daily life. The way she incorporates her personal stories really drives her points. Love it!!
