Historia
Christmas 1292. Time travel has meant many things to Meg, David, and Anna over the years. But regardless of the circumstances, it's always been about saving lives: their own, their family members', and their friends'. This time, it's a combination of all three.

Time travel with a twist. Loving this series!
Revisado: 01-21-19
I found this series after my television show Timeless had their season finale (Fingers crossed!) and fell in love with The After Cilmeri Series. I love the time travel (or world shifting) with a twist. Medical reasons bring King David, his family and the Cardiff bus travelers back to the 21st century on purpose this time. As always in this series we see the past is not that different politically from the future in some aspects. Tying up loose ends, acquiring technology and trying to get back home is one of the problems they face. Will everyone who wants to return make it back? David is a true King of the people with a strong sense of right and wrong. So it is not surprising that he will not turn his back to try and help prevent people from dying in either world (or time).
This series is also good at having strong POV by women of both times. Bridget and Peter stay back in the 13th century investigating a kidnapping and possible treason. Though two different timelines, it all comes seamlessly together for a great ending (for some)!

Historia
In this grand saga of love, war, and magic set in the tenth century, young Sigrid is destined to be the mother of the king of the Nordic lands that would become Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and England. A devout believer in the old Nordic gods, Sigrid is visited regularly in her dreams by the goddess Freya, who whispers to her of the future. Though Sigrid is beautiful, rich, arrogant, and matchlessly clever, her uncanny ability to foresee the future and manipulate the present guides her through dangerous politics.

Loved the narrator's voice for this heroines story.

The narrator's voice was perfect in every way. I love a story with a strong and intelligent woman. Sigrid's faith and strength helps her maneuver through her male dominated world and the obstacles life puts before her.

Historia
When Nell Ingram met skinwalker Jane Yellowrock, she was almost alone in the world, exiled by both choice and fear from the cult she was raised in, defending herself with the magic she drew from her deep connection to the forest that surrounds her. Now, Jane has referred Nell to PsyLED, a Homeland Security agency policing paranormals, and agent Rick LaFleur has shown up at Nell's doorstep.

Faith Hunter still doesn't disappoint!
Revisado: 08-06-16
I appreciate how Ms. Hunter has kept us in the same world and time period as Jane Yellowrock. We have characters with background and characteristics we are already aware of, yet are taken on a completely new and exciting adventure that also gives us more insight on their lives and new characters.

Historia
When Nina Linden is hired to landscape a private island off the New England coast, she sees it as her chance to rebuild her failing business after being cheated by her unscrupulous ex. She never expects that her new client, software mogul Deacon Whitney, would see more in her than just a talented gardener. Deacon has paid top dollar to the crews he’s hired to renovate the desolate Whitney estate - he had to, because the bumps, thumps, and unexplained sightings of ghostly figures in 19th-century dress are driving workers away faster than he can say “Boo.”

An enjoyable change of pace.

Narrator was great as always. Enjoyed the storyline. Molly knows how to give a good supernatural romance without over sexing the content.
