Brilliantly written, if slightly monotonous in its presentation. It sounds like its going to be an incredible world and story, definitely going to span over several books. It feels a little like reading Lord of the Rings. One book just wont be enough

A New Obsession

I have fallen in love with the story and characters. The world building is massive, and I found myself getting a little lost as to how it all fits together. But by the end of the book I understood each of the roles and found myself desperately wanting to know more. Not only will I purchase the sequel. But I may revisit this book in the future.

I found that I had the main takeaways by the time I was about half way through the book. After that it got a little repetitive. I'm glad I gave it a chance, but don't see myself ever returning to it

Despite some confusion on account of who's speaking at any given time. The story was beautiful! It breaks your heart from the first chapter and allows you to truly empathize with the characters
