Any additional comments?

There is nothing worse than picking up an audio book, putting on the headphones, and realizing the narrator's voice is about as exciting as watching paint dry. Craig is a master at narrating and it truly comes through in his emotion throughout the book.

I have studied nutrition for years and spent over a decade in industry. What you will learn in this book are the facts. The truth about what you are putting in your mouth and why your waistline is responding to it. If you think about all the poisons in our country and the world, and the booming pharmaceutical market, any rational mind cannot help but come to the conclusion that not only are we getting fatter and sicker, but those things are in place by design.

Why is 80% of our super market (probably being charitable here) "food" that comes in a box? PROFIT. It has nothing to do with keeping you alive and nourishing you. In fact it's causing a slow death.

While Craig may be slightly redundant on material with this and his other books as some other reviewers have stated, I can only ask "How redundant can you get with the fundamentals of your brain?". Repetition being the mother of skill, when you get Craig's books and listen to them you begin to connect the dots and start seeing how our minds actually work.

By losing weight using the techniques in this book, and learning exactly WHY you got that way in the first place, you're going after the actual cause and not the symptoms. I know several people who got lap band surgery that are now the exact same person emotionally, with the same beliefs, just in a smaller body now. Pity they didn't get a hold of this book first.

If you're a drinker, don't expect to get this book and still be able to have your "healthy" two (or more) glasses of wine per night. If you read that and the first thought that came in to your head was "Oh I have to have my wine", then you have a drinking issue. I only say this because I too believed it. I think Craig is a gifted individual who goes after root causes and tells it like it is. This is difficult for most people to grasp, as they are so conditioned for the quick fix and the easy way. And with so many mental distractions in the world now and it only going to get worse, you'd better grab hold of your thoughts and get control now.
