The reality of our past history in this country.
Revisado: 09-07-24
Sad that we seem to be going backwards towards those "bad old days" once again. Our country seems to unite more during a war where we have a foreign common enemy. But the cycle swings back during more peaceful times and people become more nationalistic and want to blame their troubles on the other political parties. It illustrates how the rich try to control and influence the poor and less educated in our country, to maintain their power and keep growing richer. Shows how some parents will purposely or inadvertently brainwash their kids into doing mean & evil deeds, while they hypocritically go to church regularly. Heaven or wherever God you believe in, help us if Trump is reelected, for he is stoking those nationalistic prejudices which may lead us into our 2nd Civil War...

Historia
As destiny weaves its rich tapestry, a compelling drama plays out against a background of wild forests, elegant castles, hidden temples, and savage battlefields. This is the medieval Japan of Lian Hearn's imagination, where animal spirits clash with warriors and children navigate a landscape as serene as it is deadly.

a strange psycho, devious and daring. A good read, or listen, that perhaps should best not listened to while driving, as it may distract you.
