Not these
Revisado: 05-07-25
Loved Albert smith’s culinary capers, but these are filled with too much filth. Yuck! Narrated really well done but by the third story I needed to clean my brain images , I know the verbal porn did not help these stories,

Historia
After her mother dies from a heart attack, Sloane Templeton goes from Cyber Crimes Unit to bookstore owner before she can blink. She also "inherits" a half-batty store manager; a strange bunch of little old people from the neighborhood who meet at the store once a week but never read books, called the Granny Oakleys Book Club; and Aunt Verline, who fancies herself an Iron Chef when in reality you need a cast-iron stomach to partake of her culinary disasters.

A wonderful page turner
Revisado: 04-24-21
Just when I thought I knew where the story was going was another surprise would round the corner. See if you can figure it out before the end. Delightful characters and good mystery where only real neighborhoods have such interesting lives. Upbeat and interesting! Well done!

I love a good story with a message!
Revisado: 03-28-21
Awesome story line and Great story telling kept me hanging on to the end. I feel liked I walked in their shoes reminding me of where my true strength lies. Even though the story is fictional, the story narrative felt real and plausible, no artificial sappiness that sometimes happens in inspirational novels. I loved it!

Heartwarming and Engaging
Revisado: 09-27-19
This story wrenched my heart because I also struggle with learning difficulties and the isolation they sometimes bring. I felt the Author covered beautifully the struggles we all face with the many differences we face in our society. The negative ways we sometimes handle them and the ability to overcome and accept each other as the wonderful creations of a Higher Being. A Beautiful love story illustrating how we sometimes find the beauty within ourselves thru the the eyes of another, and the enabling power of service to those around us. The Narrator skillfully pulled us along and I was pulled in till the wonderful ending. Bravo!

Historia
To most townsfolk, he's known simply as The Beast. Annabelle Beiler has little interest in gossip, but she's heard about Adam Herschberger's scars and his gruff, solitary ways. Though he sounds like a character from one of Belle's treasured books, the man is real and, it turns out, just as unreasonable as the rumors claim. When a buggy accident wipes out the last of her daed's money, forcing him to sell their farm, Adam buys it. Then he offers Belle a deal - marry him, and her family can keep their home.

Delightfully Sweet
Revisado: 06-29-19
Sometimes you just need a happily-ever-after story. I love fairytales and this one was done well with fun surprises around the corners. A great new, inspirational and delightfully done version of Beauty and the Beast.

A Sweet heart kindling love story
Revisado: 03-11-19
Well written and wonderfully read story. Love is more than physical it encompasses so many aspects of life. This story shares the greater truth that love is work, sacrifice and God. It shares good humor and tact as the heroine and a Texas rancher learn and mourn and struggle together to work thru life's many twists and turns. I smiled, giggled and squirmed in my seat as I listened to the very end. I loved it.
