I liked the story, and the courtroom drama. Good character development - easy to put yourself into the story. I found the switching back and forth between "scenes" (courtroom to the investigator and back, with lots of short chapters) to be somewhat frustrating. I'm going to read the next one anyway.

Such a great story!

I truly enjoyed this book. Randy is a magnificent storyteller (Why not, it's his story.) I laughed a lot, I cried, I loved the characters he weaves into a visual that makes you want to stick around for the next chapter. The way he describes and worships his heroes will make you wish you had been there to see his face. He's touched a lot of lives. Get the book!

Biden fans will love it

I really enjoyed this book, having followed Joe Biden since I was a kid. Growing up in Delaware, I campaigned for Joe in 1972, delivering fliers on my bike. It is a heartwarming story of family, love and watching out for one another. There has been a lot of heartache in the family, most of it lived out on the front page of a newspaper. It was great to hear another side from Valerie's point of view as well as her fierce loyalty to Joe and his boys.

Probably better in print, for note taking

I liked this book and its content. But hearing lists of 21 behaviors you need to avoid is not a good combination when listening in your car while driving. It's not the kind of content you listen to when you cannot stop, take a note and then start again. When I have time, I may listen again - at home.

I really enjoyed this book, after a slow start. I liked how the author, a Republican, pulled together the narratives of TFG, women, women candidates, and the upsurge of interest in politics by women in general. I can only hope that the future is brighter with a more balanced demographic in the House and Senate.

I generally listen in the car, but I needed to take notes with this one. I found myself making bookmarks to return to spots in the book.

Fantastic content and thought provoking concepts to pursue. I really learned a lot, and I've been in leadership for over 30 years.
