Historia
The people we love and those who raised us live inside us; we experience their emotional pain, we dream their memories, and these things shape our lives in ways we don’t always recognize. Emotional Inheritance is about family secrets that keep us from living to our full potential, create gaps between what we want for ourselves and what we are able to have, and haunt us like ghosts.

Feeling and healing our ancestral inheritance.
Revisado: 11-05-24
Wow, powerful stories and insights into how family and ancestral trauma gets passed down in unexpected and incredible ways, as well as how connecting the dots and allowing ourselves to process what we inherited brings healing. Highly recommend!

The year is 2048. Climate change and bio-warfare have ravaged much of the Earth, and societal meltdown has splintered the US into fragments. But out of the ruins, Northern California has built a thriving culture based on respect for the four sacred things: air, fire, water and earth.

Story of hope for our current times
Revisado: 07-09-24
What a beautiful story pointing us all back to what matters most, inviting us each to consider the deeper healing work we have to do so we can remember how to be in right relationship with ourselves, one another, and the Earth once again. Nuggets of wisdom and reminders to our spirits sprinkle each chapter. I will be listening to this book again.

Experience the power of authenticity and vulnerability on every page!
Revisado: 06-27-24
In this book, Prentice does a beautiful job of weaving their personal and professional experiences around trauma, healing, and social Justice. Their raw vulnerability and the authenticity is palpable and inspiring. As an Indigenous woman doing work on trauma and healing for over a decade with Indigenous communities, Prentice’s words resonated deeply in my spirit and confirmed the path I’m on, and the way in which I do my work. Chi Miigwech (many thanks) to Prentice for their courage to speak from the heart, and share the message we all need to hear during these challenging times… calling us all to individual and collective transformation grounded in love and deep connection.

Deep resonance and gratitude for the reminders
Revisado: 04-22-24
I just love how the Z’s, channeled through Lee Harris, always invite us back to our own inner knowing. They offer us powerful reminders into the nature of many things we have collectively forgotten, but are being called to quickly remember to support the transformation we’re undergoing. I greatly appreciate this conversation and the authenticity of it!

Historia
When Kinari Webb first traveled to Indonesian Borneo at 21 to study orangutans, she was both awestruck by the beauty of her surroundings and heartbroken by the rain forest destruction she witnessed. As she got to know the local communities, she realized that their need to pay for expensive health care led directly to the rampant logging, which in turn imperiled their health and safety even further. Webb realized her true calling was at the intersection of medicine and conservation.

Absolutely beautiful book! A must read for us all!
Revisado: 09-08-23
This is a beautiful memoir filled with wisdom and insights, as well as concrete steps and processes towards individual, collective and planetary healing. This is a must read/listen for us all as we collectively find ourselves asleep and running towards the cliff of climate disaster. Our health and well-being, the health and well-being of all beings and are planet are so deeply interconnected. Kinari does a beautiful job of illustrating this again and again. Her journey also shows the power and energy that will show up to support our efforts when they are heart/spirit led…we truly have no idea what we are individually and collectively capable of accomplishing together for the benefit of all.
