The narrators were really good. The story was good as well. The problem that I had with this book was that there are several side plots that don’t get resolved and a lot of them are very important. This book is not a stand alone if more than romance matters to you.

This book was really good. The world building is great and the plot/ with a little romance sprinkled in. If you are looking for a MM / found family / fantasy that is almost all PG this is for you.

The story and writing not bad but this is not a romance at all. I literally feel so bad for the main character my heart hurts and it doesn’t get better for him, it only gets worse, and even worse then that everyone else gets a happy ending. I kept reading the series in hope that he would get a happy ending I gave up 40 pages in to beloved and I just can’t. The non consensual sex (Repetitive rapping of the main character) was not something easily handled, I skipped it. There is not in tsp of happiness in these books.

BDSM !!

I personal think that it should be hinted about in the description if it is a BDSM book. It wasn’t in the description I looked twice. After it wasn’t in the detail I read the goodreads notes on it. I DNF it because I couldn’t get past the over sell of the BDSM relationship. Also there are a ton of very unrealistic variables that I spent so much time rolling my eyes. Also there are more then one instance where there is questionable consent, it you have to tell someone it’s what they want or if they won’t you will spank them ... I’m out ! Side note narration was very monotone.

This is one book broken into several it’s really annoying , because I feel like they did it just for money. I really like this story and I wish I could get passed how annoying it is that every time there is any pivotal point in the story the book ends! Surprise 5-10 dollar’s for the next couple chapters. So they’re are 7-8 books that should be one.

Almost DNF this book... but still gave it 4 stars?

First let me say I really liked this narrator for this book, the voice goes really well for the story and tone. Also I really liked this story. The author could have added a little more explanation but I really did like it and the first one as well. I will not be reading any others thought. I do not like when a character is “straight” and then is mated to someone of the same sex who then makes then “gay”. The author has already Insinuated that is how the next book is going to go. Plus two charter frequently discuss there Hetero relationships and either the author will do the same or they’re story’s will be left out because she only write MM romance. I do realize this is a personal issue so if that situation doesn’t bother you this is a really good series.

Very cute!

This was a very cute story and I liked it will I read it again no but if someone is looking for a cute story that will make you laugh and cry it’s good. I felt like the author left a lot of little things unanswered, switch was annoying. Also there is absolutely no steamy or sexy times at all (which was strange to me given the amount if sex they discuss.) I liked the narrator.

Seriously I could read/listen to there lives all day. This was cute as ever and I like any nuggets we get about them. I do wish it was a novel but Elle Kennedy and Sarina Bowen kept me entertained for the story and the narrators were great!
