The narrator said ALL of the Orisha names wrong and what’s more upsetting the author did not request it to be corrected. I wanted to like this book so much but felt offended each time the narrator mentioned a Orisha name.

This is a great book to get a basic understanding of the orisha’s. The Narrator while said some words and Orisha names incorrectly did a good job at the narration. I would highly recommend this book to those wanting an understanding of the Orisha’s.

The narrator is absolutely perfect. She kept me so enthralled in this book. I wish other narrators spoke like her so correct with no incorrect pronunciations. I can’t tell you the amount of book I have returned because I can’t even make it out of the introduction because the narrator butchers so many words.
Beautiful phenomenal book and narrator.

Wonderful information horrible narrator

While I like the information being provided, I just kept getting annoyed and frankly offended the the narrator pronounced so many diety names and places incorrectly as an example. I think I will go purchase the actual book and read it that way.
