Very Pleasant surprise

I rarely write reviews, however, I was so delighted by this story that I knew I would write a review before I finished. The story is original and it is about a very resourceful and engaging teenager. There is also music and sound effects. Overall a very pleasant listening experience.

Great way to experience the bible

I loved listening to The Bible experience it greatly enhanced my bible study and time in the word. I also enjoyed trying to guess the various readers. The music added at times was a pleasant surprise

Very enjoyable and uplifting autobiography

Ms. Fox shares her life experiences in a very fun and enjoyable manner. She also gives very practical advice along the way. I highly recommend this book especially to young women looking to find their way in life. Thanks Ms. Fox

A whole Lotta drama but kept me listening

Even though I felt like I was listening to an episode of basketball wives the storyline was still enjoyable. The only thing I didn't like is all the name dropping of every piece of clothing and piece of jewelry and everything else the story would probably be half as long without all the name dropping. I didn't know many of the designers anyway so most of it was lost on me. I did like the various voices it made it more interesting to listen to. The end and left me kind of shaking my head but OK

What made the experience of listening to First Grave on the Right the most enjoyable?

The narrator was sooo Good. I loved the main character Charley and she was so funny all of her little comments to herself were so right on and her interactions with her next door neighbor was always delightful. These things were just a bonus to the great storyline

What other book might you compare First Grave on the Right to and why?

I was comparing the book to Sue Grafton novels while listening, only because they both have female heroines. However, Lindsey and Charley are very different

Have you listened to any of Lorelei King’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is my first, however since then I have listened to two others, which I enjoyed equally as much.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did and there where times when I sat in my car and kept listening, when it was time to stop.

I don't read paranormal, I tried this because of a sale on the website, I am so glad I did.

Fascinating and Eye opening Biography

What made the experience of listening to Nomad the most enjoyable?

I was glad that it was read by Ayaan, I felt the sincerity as I listened. She shared details that revealed a lot about her religion and culture that one would never know growing up in America. Her narrative was more than entertaining it was informative and thought provoking. I highly recommend it.

What other book might you compare Nomad to and why?

This book does not compare to anything else I read

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite part was when she escaped before her marriage, because she took a stand and her life really begun.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Although it did not make me cry it has certainly changed my world view and made me realize how isolated and sheltered we are in the US. I have shared the things from the book several times with several people since listening to it.

This story was so bizarre it had to be true

Would you listen to Twisted Triangle again? Why?

No, because I was so upset with the husbands actions, and the way the legal system treated Margo. If I listened again I would just be upset the whole time.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

The length to which a one individual would go to get their way and prove a point.

What does Laural Merlington bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The emotion of Margo Bennett that was conveyed in her voice
