Only the second review I've ever written. It was that good.
I've always liked him on SNL, the way him & Che interact with each other is the highlight of the show (except maybe when John Mullaney hosts, sorry Jost and Che).
I'm super hesitant to use a credit on a memoir, especially by someone so young. Like what are your experiences at this point that you need an actual book for all if them? Well mine would, but I'm 50 and did some crazy crap in the 80s (and some of 90s). But I got the book and I am so glad I did.
A great, honest (let's assume so anyway), humble and funny book.
I definitely recommend it and for the first time ever, I will probably listen to a book of this type a second time. I was legit sad it was over.
I would love to see the pictures in the physical book.

Really well done and enlightening

I had heard this story through the news like many others, but Tyler's perspective was so much more humanizing.
Very brave to do what is right instead of what is popular.
This also puts a light on the medical field and legal system. As he mentions, even though he is privileged and not of average wealth, it was still becoming about who could spend more in court as a way to battle people down, as only a big corporation with deep pockets can.
Well worth the listen.

great book, interesting premises for the plots.

I enjoyed the book. I was able to figure out the major twists fairly easily, but there are only a handful of stories that I don't. (it's a curse, as I like being surprised :) ). so not neccesarily meaning it's the author's story that made parts predictable, probably me. It's not a typical story in this genre for sure.
Broken characters that I didn't feel sorry for, they seemed relatable not to be pitied as they were strong and accepting, yet fragile.
definitely feels as if a sequel may come.
If you like a nice change in a genre that doesn't switch it up much, you'll like this.

Couldn’t finish it. I love all things Potter, but this was sooo dry. I wanted to like it.

Enjoyable, not to predictable,

It was a great selection, the story was well thought out, not overly predictable. A few details were obvious, but overall it was fairly original and well executed.
Narration was perfect I thought, I'm pretty picky on narrators.

Fun book, one of the very few books I have listened to more than once. Very creative plot.
Definate feel of both authors in the writing. I am picky about narrator's and this book has nailed it. (I am a bit partial to the British author/narrator combo though) ;)
