Amazingly beautiful multifaceted story. Love, Loss, Recovery, Miscommunication, Friendship and so much more! You will yell at them, cry with them and cheer for them, I listened to this book as an Audio and I must tell you narration was spot on perfect. Some audio books leave you wishing you had read them instead of listening. Not so with this one. Great story and great narration, only thing missing was the cool graphic of the orchid you get flipping the pages of the book.

I really enjoyed this book, was not sure in the beginning but as usual Catherine 's books are great story's that leave you glad to have read or listened to them.
Narrator was perfect for this book.

A must read...

Logan is a 9 yr old bog who's mom dies and his Dad is an abusive alcoholic. his Granny Nan was his mom's mother and really loved him and then stopped coming Logan's Dad told him she died. After his Mom died Logan stopped talking, this making his life harder. one day after again inciting the wrath of his Father, Logan runs away...this story is how Logan survives on his own and the lives he touches...dont want to put any spoilers but a must read... great book.

Daisy and the six is a rock and roll band .This follows the band members, thru the forming, writing and performing. this was my era and I totally enjoyed it.

Listened to this in my car, found myself taking long way so to listen longer.
Beautifully written book about girl who grown up in the marsh on her own at a young age, becoming intune with the marsh and its creatures she learns from them.
Shunned by the townspeople she adapted to being alone. Eventually she lets in a few people some to her benefit and others not.
Read it you will not be disappointed.

Listened to this on audible, was an entertaining who did it type of book. I liked the background explanations woven in and explained by the end. Main character a lawyer in family court.

I actually listened to this book on audible, didnt read it. loved it. Told looking back from several points of view. How secrets and well meaning lies can change the lives around you.

Overall it was a great story, I had trouble getting into it and thought it dragged abit. That said Loved the ending and it made the slow parts be more worth it
