Historia
New York Times bestselling author Ted Dekker teams with Tosca Lee to create this gripping thriller set in a desolate future. Many years have passed since civilization's brush with apocalypse. The world's greatest threats have all been silenced. There is no anger, no hatred, no war. There is only perfect peace... and fear. But a terrible secret has been closely guarded for centuries: Every single soul walking the earth, though in appearance totally normal, is actually dead, long ago genetically stripped of true humanity.

Historia
Following his vision of the coming Messiah, the prophet Daniel creates a select group of men who will count down the calendar to the arrival of Israel's promised king. Centuries later, as the day nears, Myrad, a young magi acolyte, flees for his life when his adoptive father and others are put to death by a ruthless Parthian queen. Having grabbed only a few possessions, Myrad escapes the city, and searching for a way to hide from the soldiers scouring the trade routes, he tries to join the caravan of the merchant Walagash.

Great Story
Revisado: 07-11-22
Absolutely loved listening to what it could've been like for the magi who followed the star to Jesus! Then to go on and imagine with the author what it must have been like for those same wise men to experience the death and resurrection of the Messiah was exciting.

Historia
A mouse is taking a stroll through the deep, dark woods when along comes a hungry fox, then an owl, and then a snake. The mouse is good enough to eat, but smart enough to know this - so he invents...the gruffalo! As Mouse explains, the gruffalo is a creature with terrible claws, terrible tusks in its terrible jaws, knobbly knees and turned-out toes, and a poisonous wart at the end of its nose. But Mouse has no worries. After all, there's no such thing as a gruffalo...is there?

My 4 yr old loves to listen to this one over and over. The narrator does a great job with the characters and he doesn't get too soft or too loud.
