Love having this on in the background (or foreground) to enjoy the heartfelt performances put forth by David Suchet. He breathes life into passages that should be breathed with much life. :-D It is a pleasure, and often engaging, to listen to this performance of the Holy Bible.

First off I thought the narrator was going to be difficult to listen to but instead was soothing and perfect for this read. Information and tricks sound like a great start to finding my cure and definitely lots of info and tips that I look forward to trying.

My wife and I loved this title. We don't know why there are not more issues like this. We would love to see more of them. The science of the body/brain connections and understanding of our own behavior are just fascinating to us. We can't get enough of the topic, and this magazine was definitely up our alley. To anyone interested in the mind, indulge yourself.
