I loved the twists and turns in the story and be sure to read the epilogue too!! Walter and Dr. Jerry were two of my favorite characters. Kali reminded me of a couple relatives 💞. To those complaining about the mentioning of the pandemic and the talk of drug use, just about any book written will mention the society in which it's written in, so pipe down, and it definitely didn't take away from the story.

Loved it and gasped a few times!!! Peter and Ainsley are WILD!!! I was holding my breath the last 30 mins of the book!!! And lemme say, I absolutely love the voice actors for this whole series and glad it was the same people throughout. I def could see this being a Netflix series in glued to 💞

Married, single or in-between 🤷🏾♀️🤣, you'll def benefit from reading their protective as 18 year vets in the game, their pitfalls (past and current) and what they've done to shore up their relationship 💞

So much potential but I finished it today and was NOT a fan of the last few chapters🥴. Like, if you gone do Sci-fi, be Sci-fi from jump. I feel like with her writing style, she would be better suited to write murder mystery/domestic thrillers because her attention to detail and relationships is great. It's just, the magic grease and secret society 💩 was almost mocking the black female experience, and giving me "Bad Hair" from Hulu vibes 🥴
