Simply works!

This, obviously, is not an audiobook that you listen to cover to cover once and you make it done. It is far more of a field guide. While I could argue some of the phrases are pretty obvious... that does not decrease the value of the book for me, it increased it. We need obvious patterns sometimes and this audiobook has a significant number of them we can use. You see, I refer to this audiobook when I need to have a "hard conversation" with a colleague. And those conversations are not about fancy phrases or word showmanship. It is about delivering clear, concise thoughts, in a way that is supportive. This audiobook delivers on all the promises it makes. I have it at my office, at the ready. Any time a hard conversation is about to occur I review it (even jotting down a few notes on my notepad) and get the conversation rolling.I feel this is a must-have for anyone who manages employees or is in HR.

The audiobook includes plenty of research, and the accelerated learning techniques included are very well rounded, from memorization to learning language, preparing for exams, etc. The book is backed by scientific research and studies to support the material contained therein. Overall, a good listen.

I was hesitant to purchase a training book for my new puppy, more so because I thought I needed a professional trainer to train my puppy (if I really wanted him to learn and listen)
