Amazing story and narration

This story was amazing if way too short. I wish it was 50 more chapters. The narrators were perfect. I love listening to them in every book they narrate. Super heavy on the spice, but that’s what the story and trauma are about. Read the trigger warnings prior to starting.

Author, story and narrators were AMAZING.

This story is amazing. It riffs off lilahs previous story and helps if you read that one first. It’s a Slow burn with the spice but the getting into the story is amazing. You can’t go wrong with Troy Duran or Kelsey Navarro. They’re both amazing. I wish they voiced everyone of the audiobooks I love. Lola Rock is a masterpiece. Couldn’t love her stories more. I just wish there were more of them.

Two of the best narrators on audible. Story is good too

Story is good. Just with is was more detailed. Longer and more about how the ended up. Jarmon day and Kelsey Navarro are both amazing. Two of the best narrators on the whole app.

Good story. Mediocre narrative

You would think that if you have a job narrating books you would know the difference between envelope and evelop and how the pronounced the two in the context of the story. I guess I’m a little bit of a grammar police but it was frustrating to hear this and other words pronounced incorrectly. In addition to the colloquial inconsistencies like pronouncing cock like “cack” and the vague details of why the fmc wouldn’t go back to her apartment or talk about getting her things or paying the money owed or calling her job to explain she wasn’t going back was enough to pull you from being submerged in the story. I didn’t think it was worth the money but maybe someone else would love it.

Great storyline and narration. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

As always Nora Phoenix writes great stories and characters. This series is great, but the individual stories are a little short but you definitely get immersed in the world. John solo hit it out of the park again too. All of his narration is great. Spice is about 3.5-4🌶️ with some sexy time scenes in the mid to end of the book. Definitely worth the 💰

Nora phoenix is a great author and John Soto a great narrator. She brings characters to like with wit and makes the reader feel like you’re in the story. I was smiling and laughing along with the characters. I actually snort laughed when someone said “don’t yuck my yum!” Since I use that phrase all the time. The spice level fit in perfectly and didn’t make you feel like it was misplaced at all. The only problem I could see was that it just wasn’t long enough.

Cringy. Narrators made me roll my eyes constantly.

Jake and Bridget Bordeaux are just cringy. He puts weird emphasis at the end of everyone of his chapters. She only does one voice-whiny. It’s terrible. I don’t think the story would have been that bad without these two authors. I guess if you can get past them, maybe give it a try, but I found the world building lacking as well as the character backgrounds. There was just no substance to this extremely short book. I wish I could have returned it to get my money back!

Kinda weird. Kinda cringe.

It didn’t make much sense. The way they all spoke was so random. Like when they’re being intimate she’s really gonna say “finally I want you to know me.” Yuck. Don’t waste your money.
