Wow. Wow. Wow. Aaron’s narration took this story to a higher level. I love the series (2 so far, hoping for more) so when I heard that an audiobook has been produced, I jumped right in and used my Audible credit! Did not disappoint! How Aaron reads Remington’s lines is better than I heard it in my head. He really brought these characters to life. Honestly, I liked it even better than Bridgerton and I loved that narration. If you’re a Regency Romance fan like me, hurry up and grab this one. I promise it will take you far away (in a good way).

Great wrap-up

This is a stand-alone story but the references to other characters, will make you want to read the preceding books in the series. Even if you don’t backtrack, you won’t miss how interesting these characters are. They are not nobility nor are they wealthy. So the drama is wrapped around the characters rather than the usual trope, in my opinion.
