Action packed, fun listen on a road trip.

Great characters but a long winded story

For me this was a difficult book to follow as a listener of an audio book. It is probably easier to follow by reading it. There is so much typed communication taking place on the web. The basic story is interesting and relevant in our digital online social culture, but I felt it went on too long. I loved all the other Strike and Robin books; this is my least favorite of them.

Not my favorite Elizabeth George book but good

This story is about a difficult subject and in the beginning of the book I was a little confused and sometimes bored. Linley and Havers came into the story about a third of the way through and I wanted them sooner. But the story has a lot of twists and turns and the characters are quite interesting so in the end I enjoyed the book inspite of my feelings about the slow beginning.

Very negative coming of age story

After reading the 4 Neapolitan novels which I loved, this was a great disappointment. It seemed so “whiney” and negative. Still -it had some beautiful passages... I enjoyed the reader.
