Love this Author

Boyd’s is a storyteller. The pace of the story is not overwhelming. It’s perfect and allows for the characters to be well developed. Wes is now one of my favorite characters. I can really allow my imagination to capture the story because of how he lays everything out.

A true storyteller

There are some books that keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. There is so much action, that there is little time for character development. Craven has a unique way of taking a compelling story, with action, and delivering it in a way that is remarkable. Then he leaves you with a gut wrenching cliff hanger. One of my favorite authors out there. #dammitboyd

Truly an artful quilt with seamless patches woven together and tied off beautiful at the end. Kevin Pierce did an excellent job as narrator! Here’s hoping to a book 2!

From the beginning of the series, Tom paints a picture of grief, love, and pain of a man tittering in the edge of madness. Through this journey, you hope for nothing but peace for this weary traveler. Thank you for letting us let a character that we have followed through battles with men and fights with his own soul, finally have a well deserved peaceful ending.

Loved it!

The part where the Author goes to the description of Hurricane Harvey brings back so many memories. While I was high and dry north of Houston, worrying about friends and family, worrying about strangers pleading for help anywhere they could be heard, this brought that all back and the emotions overwhelmed me. The way the characters mirrored real life people I these Evans, you think to yourself, the Author must have been there. I loved how he threw another Authors name into the book. Dr. Konkoly! Really enjoyed and I’m looking forward to moving down this road in this series and listening to Affliction!
