LOVED! LOVED!..ok Love the first two books of the Wilmington stories, so hard! I was happy Curran and Kate got some downtime time while Conlan was a baby, but wondered how they were going to fair with the quiet life. I don't like spoilers so lay me just say if you loved the original Kate Daniels series, you will love this series too! The love, the just as strong passion, the action, the new, crazy but loveable cast of characters around Curran and Kate. Can't wait for the rest of this series!!!

Loved the story but not the narrator!

Ok, so I'm a HUGE fan of Theodora Taylor and of this series. Great second book of the Scottish Wolves series. The story and passion of Magnus and Tara's story is full of the emotion of two stubborn people's journey in becoming mates. I absolutely LOVED the male narrator BUT I am sorry, the female narrator is awful and her attempts to do ANY accent almost ruined the listening experience but I managed to power through. The first book both the female and male narrators were good and I'm glad to see a different female narrator is being used for the third book or I couldn't listen. I've listened to other books narrated by Lacy Laurel and they are all horrible, I'm sorry to say BUT I'm a fan of the story, loved it!

Nora never disappoints. The story of the survivors of a horrible tragedy gripped me from the first chapter and didn't let go. The drama, suspense, the danger, the intense love and strong friendships made this entire book a journey that had me laughing and crying and falling in love with Cici, Simone, Reed, Essie, Chaz, Tulip, Natalie, Harry, Ward and Barney and in Tranquility. I loved this book that showed what beauty can come from destruction.
