Appreciated the case studies. Good delivery and content. I wish this book was longer as I would like to hear more about what the author has to say about PCOS and outlier symptoms.

Oh boy - doctors should definitely be consulted before considering some of these supplements

Wish I liked this book more. I feel a bit duped after reading through 1/2. It basically reads as someone reading the headlines of Google searches on prenatal supplements. Confirmation bias is definitely a thing, so do beware when you Google to confirm recommendations. For example, you don’t want to type “is DHEA a good thing?”… instead verify searches by typing “DHEA studies”. Good luck all!
