the beginning is pretty good the middle not too bad the end kind of drags along. I kind of hoped that the main character would kind of man up a little bit more. but all in all not of that story. I do hope the altar will make a second book

one of the things that turns me on to a book is the narrator the narrator for this novel did a great job in my opinion of showing who the character is. I thought the story was very well and can't wait for the second book

What does Graham Halstead bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
in my experience and I've read 15 zombie books the narrator of the book is a very critical part of the audio book in this narrator is probably one of the best for this type of book
Any additional comments?
I've read a lot of the other reviews of this book and out of the 15 zombie books I have readthis book I believe goes more in depth with the characters and how they interact with each other in a day to day life other than you know just killing zombies and trying to get away there's a love story between these characters and reading this book you really root for them on it and I don't see that in a lot of other zombie books I've read it's more about blood and guts and trying to survive and it's not really the reality of it all. I highly recommend this book for somebody who wants a little more in in depth of the characters and not all the blood and guts of a regular zombie book
