I find myself using this audiobook while sitting down and reading the PDF transcript instead of listening to it in my sleep or when driving. And that's not a bad thing. I think I am finding that using this audiobook while listening and looking at the PDF transcripts is the best method for me because I tend to be more of an audio-visual learner. But so far, I am very pleased.
