I really enjoyed this book. The story is engaging and creative with characters that I wanted to see succeed. The narrator is fantastic, using different voices for the characters and really bringing the book to life. I can't wait to listen to the next book in the series!

However, for every answer there are several more questions that arise and Mina is left more confused than ever. Once again, the book concludes with a cliffhanger leading the reader to the third book.

good story

I received a complimentary audio book of Mirror in exchange for an honest review.
I had very high hopes for this book, but was bit let down by it in actuality. I found that the story was decent, but repetitive. I found myself getting annoyed by the repeated phrases and/or situations.
It ends with a doozy of a line, which makes me curious about the sequel.
As far a experience with the audiobook, I struggled with the narrator. She read the book extremely slowly, almost like she was reading to a toddler. I changed the settings to 1.45 speed and the speed was better but she sounded a little like a chipmunk and the pausing was odd.

I really enjoyed this audio book. Typically, I only listen to audio books when I'm alone in the car but I found myself wanting to know what happens next and listening at other times too. The narrator did a great job bringing the story to life, with a great pace as well.
