Refreshing and inspiring
Revisado: 04-11-25
I have not yet finished this book. I’m about halfway through and I’m really enjoying it. The audio is excellent and the enthusiasm for her knowledge comes through. It feels relevant to this time as Sandra guides readers on new perspectives and interesting journeys, such as journey to the primal Sea. I find what she’s sharing to be inspiring and calming.

Historia
You’ve felt the feeling before - the one where you feel lost in the world, where you believe that everyone else has a place but yourself. You often ask yourself, “What is my mission?” or “What is my purpose?” as you are wandering through your life. The truth is we all experience moments when we feel uncertain about the future and uncertain about ourselves.

Would be a better book not on audible
Revisado: 03-20-24
This book seems thorough and well done. It's not ideal for listening in my opinion. There is so much to take in and learn. I would prefer it in print.

Great book with truly inspiring stories that I’ve been sharing with my kids. I don’t think the book quite matched the title but it’s a really incredible collection of ways to be great.

Historia
While everyone loves eating fresh garden produce, not everyone has the time and energy to create a productive garden. But what if growing delicious crops required hardly any effort? What if you could have succulent strawberries, perfect peas, and terrific tomatoes without needing to touch a spade, hoe, or plow - without needing to worry about irrigating, spraying, sowing a cover crop, weeding, cultivating, or building a compost pile? If that sounds good, the Stout System is the answer for you!

Very well done and inspiring
Revisado: 03-07-23
This book covers the shamanic practices that Jesus used, although to a higher level. I’ve heard the idea before that Jesus was a shaman. This book states he was not a shaman because he was higher than that, but he used the tools and demonstrated the practices of shamanism at the time from around the world. I found the book compelling and inspiring.
The authors address the concerns that modern Christian’s may have about shamanism, prophets, healing, etc., but makes it clear we have gifts and tools at our disposal and we always have. The authors point out how to know what is good and what is dark.
If you study shamanism, I think you’ll like this book. If you are a Christian with an open mind, I think you’ll find it thought-provoking. The idea is not to degrade Jesus, but to lift us all up to a higher awareness.

One of the best books ever
Revisado: 01-02-23
Such valuable information about life in the forests and under the soil. It’s what we all need to know. Suzanne Simard’s trailblazing research continues to inspire many people and organizations all over the world. This is one of the best books I’ve ever listened to. The beautiful science interwoven with her life story makes it extra special.
For those who don’t like her reading style, try listening to it at 1.25 or 1.5 speed. It is worth every sentence.

Interesting but needed a pdf
Revisado: 08-10-22
I found this book interesting because it contained new concepts to me with healing symbols. I don't recall reading about that in any of Cayce's material before.
I love Scott R. Pollack's narration style and tend to buy books if I see his name on the production.
I did find it disappointing that the book did not come with a downloadable pdf. The way the book read, I was sure that illustrations would be included as there was so much reference to illustrations that the reader should reference.

Such a sweet and profound reminder about our relationship with the Earth and its inhabitants
Revisado: 04-27-21
I loved this book! Robin’s voice is soft and kind, and her stories are all interesting. Her words serve as a powerful reminder that we owe the Earth and all of its inhabitants so much more than we give. I was deeply moved by every single chapter.
If the narration were 3 or 4 hours shorter, I would have been okay with it but each chapter has previous thoughts in it. The book should inspire readers to reconsider how they are living and to stand up as leaders to help us heal the planet and our relationship with it.
