Historia
Now at last Keith Richards pauses to tell his story in the most anticipated autobiography in decades. And what a story! Listening obsessively to Chuck Berry and Muddy Waters records in a coldwater flat with Mick Jagger and Brian Jones, building a sound and a band out of music they loved. Finding fame and success as a bad-boy band, only to find themselves challenged by authorities everywhere....

Finally a real Story of a Real Rock n Roller
Revisado: 09-29-24
I love his enthusiasm for the Blues and the people who played it.Keith definitely gets into his roots and the crazy stories are crazy too…but man I wish I grew up in that time when you could go see the Blues idols for a cover charge…Keith seems to just love music and is humbled by it and his idols..narrators could be different..you may have to speed it up 25%

Historia
Increasingly astronomers recognize that if the cosmos had not unfolded exactly as it did, humanity would not, could not, exist. Yet, these researchers - along with countless ordinary folks - resist belief in the biblical creator. Why? They say a loving God would have made a better home for us, one without trouble and tragedy. In Why the Universe Is the Way It Is, Hugh Ross draws from his depth of study in both science and Scripture to explain how the universe's design fulfills several distinct purposes.

Now I know Everything about Black Holes
Revisado: 09-27-24
I love all of their books and it’s informative from beginning to end..even the stuff I read from other books are in this one but in greater detail..it’s not just about black holes but the cosmos and the scientists that got us to where we are now in understanding these objects that put a hole in the fabric of space and time..makes you want to just jump into one if you got nothing left to do in life..screw a one way trip to Mars I’m going Black Hole…

A Very In-depth Narrative of Everything They DONT Teach You in School
Revisado: 09-09-24
I love this book!! The Narrator was Great..a little hyper sometimes…but Great..I really love how the Author informed us of the People that were behind and involved in the Laws of Physics/Math/Thermodynamics that (at least I) never knew of…it is extremely detailed hence the length..sometimes you may need to repeat some chapters just to make sure it sinks in..which is a good thing…So…if you love to learn as much of Everything as I do this is a Must read/listen…

Historia
The very far future: The galaxy is a drifting wreck of black holes, neutron stars, and chill white dwarfs. The age of star formation is long past. Yet there is life here, feeding off the energies of the stellar remnants, and there is mind, a tremendous galaxy-spanning intelligence each of whose thoughts lasts a hundred thousand years. And this mind cradles memories of a long-gone age when a more compact universe was full of light... The 27th century: Proxima Centauri, an undistinguished red dwarf star, is the nearest star to our sun. How would it be to live on such a world?

Historia
An enchanting biography of the most resonant - and most necessary - chemical element on Earth. Carbon. It's in the fibers in your hair, the timbers in your walls, the food that you eat, and the air that you breathe. It's worth billions as a luxury and half a trillion as a necessity, but there are still mysteries yet to be solved about the element that can be both diamond and coal. Where does it come from, what does it do, and why, above all, does life need it?
