I wish there was more! Amazing Necron lore!
Revisado: 10-10-22
Being a fellow Necron lover, I don't often get to read or in this case listen to many necron related books. This mini-series had me wanting more, and more, and more! Not only is it a fantastic story, it created characters that were memorable and in some cases personable.
This book puts the finishing touches upon a wonderful series that could easily turn into a ghaunts ghost necron series. A must listen to if you enjoy 40k lore, and even more so if you love necrons.

A short story for the ages!
Revisado: 10-10-22
This book is WELL worth a listen, the backstory throughout most of the Horus Heresy and modern 40k is hinted and touched on in some aspect of this short, but great listen!

Refreshing look into the Assassinorum!
Revisado: 08-29-22
This is a wonderful book, not only was this a great look into the entirety of the assassinorum but the characters were pretty enjoyable. This provided a fast action paced story throughout with the exception of the pacing near the beginning when character introductions started. Afterword's hold on to your butt's because the ride is well worth it and definitely look at assassins differently after listening to this.

This was a real amazing listen, Toby Longworth delivering a KILLER performance, the story was wonderful and refreshing and really gave a wonderful backdrop to the early days of the ghosts. Gaunt's Ghosts is one of those Warhammer series you should listen/read, this is no exception.

Watson with a great performance to a OK story.
Revisado: 08-29-22
John French giving another average writing performance... Sigismund is a great character, and Timothy Watson was an amazing performer. That's pretty much the entirety of the book, the story is OK at best, with really Sigismund/Timothy the major redeeming factors.
Listen to this if you like Sigismund/Timothy Watson otherwise you might fall asleep.
