Historia
The Real Anthony Fauci details how Fauci, Gates, and their cohorts use their control of media outlets, scientific journals, key government and quasi-governmental agencies, global intelligence agencies, and influential scientists and physicians to flood the public with fearful propaganda about COVID-19 virulence and pathogenesis, and to muzzle debate and ruthlessly censor dissent.

Connected the dots for me
Revisado: 12-16-24
When so many things you witness in life just don't seem right, it's nice to have access to books like this that expose people with a sinister agenda. I truly belive there are far more good people in the world who just want to live a happy life and do right by the people they care about, but evil and greed unfortunately exist as well. Stay educated, stay informed, and read this book. Thank you RFK Jr.

Good strategies for staying focused on your work
Revisado: 07-30-24
Back half of the book contained most of the actionable items. Front half labored on a bit and was focused on supporting the concept of deep work. Overall, I thought it was worth it. Prior to listening to this book, I published my first book and wrote it in less than 6 months. As I was listening to Deep Work I realized that I was actually using some of the strategies that Cal discusses in his book. They kept me focused and on track to write efficiently. Listen to his book and start implementing some of these strategies into your own work.

Historia
We have all experienced the connection between our mind and our gut - the decision we made because it "felt right"; the butterflies in our stomach before a big meeting; the anxious stomach rumbling when we're stressed out. While the dialogue between the gut and the brain has been recognized by ancient healing traditions, including Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, Western medicine has failed to appreciate the complexity of how the brain, gut, and, more recently, the microbiome - the microorganisms that live inside us - communicate with one another.

Must listen!
Revisado: 08-30-23
A truly insightful book. I enjoyed the reader, as he was very easy to understand and follow. I listen to audiobooks for the quality of their content and not so much the tone of the reader. The content was excellent. I have been struggling with anxiety and gut issues for a while, and I’m excited that I now have a better understanding of underlying issues within the gut-brain axis that I never knew existed. This book provided me with guidance and a compass for where I should be directing my efforts to be healthier emotionally and physically. Thank you for this great resource!

Historia
If you’re like most people, you probably don’t like the idea of negotiation. It may bring up images of heated arguments or underhanded schemes. But by not taking this step, you’re missing out on better deals, better opportunities, and better outcomes for yourself and the people you care about. Negotiation is simply a focused discussion that aims to bridge differences and find a mutually beneficial outcome. And unlike what you see in the movies, negotiating doesn’t have to be an all-out war.

Great book

Tons of value in a very concise book. I actually recognized a few negotiating tactics I used a while back with some clients, so that was some nice validation. Well done!
