Probably my favorite out of the Crucible series!!!

Alien monsters, Alien zombie hybrid beasts, All the clandestine sci-fi horror action you could want but with this one... It goes a step further. If you like the X-Files then you'll probably love this series. If you like Predator then you'll probably love this series. Oh and if you like Jurassic Park then you'll probably love this book especially!!!
Others here said that it goes a little too far into the conspiracy stuff... No not at all It's just right!!! So if you're into conspiracies that may or may not happen in our world you'll love this book even more. Anyway everything in this book is fiction right?! None of this stuff could possibly be real... Or is it?!

I must say it's hard to distinguish which I like better the film, which is a childhood favorite of mine or the book with its additional characters/plot points that the film didn't include. I do enjoy Agent Pendergast!!! Quite an interesting character indeed!!! Looking forward to listening to the rest of his series of adventures after Reliquary.

Fascinating, but not for the obvious reason

That one case where the movie is better than the book...

This is mostly a human drama not gonna lie... If you go in thinking you're gonna get a bunch of shark action like the movie you're going to be disappointed. I remember reading it when I was a kid and being very disappointed. I felt the same this time around. The whole the affair thing between Hooper and Ellen Brody seems very out of place and takes up a huge portion of the book. The last chapter is the best.

If you listened to the first book then I'm sure you'll enjoy the sequel looking forward to listening to the conclusion absolutely awesome military sci-fi mixed with a dose of real life... If you served you can relate to so much shit it's ridiculous... Great work Tripp!!!

Well if you like the 1999 Mel Gibson Classic Payback then you'll probably like the book that it was based off of... Personally the movie is one of my favorites and I even prefer the theatrical version over the director's cut. Overall though the original story is pretty good...
Everyone should remember that there's obviously less action and the book takes place I believe in the late '50s early '60s.

Another great MonsterVerse novelization!!! once again the extra details and insight included in the novel is always appreciated. I really wish we could get an audiobook version of Godzilla 2014 and Kong Skull Island 2017, just to complete the collection

Artyom Chyornyj is the silent protagonist from Metro 2033 and Metro 2035 along with all 3 of the video games... The Artyom in 2034 is a different character with the same name Artyom Popov... I don't think not even 1% of people that read these books know that. so I hope this helped you out if you're reading this. my review for Metro 2034 is that it was a bit underwhelming but I think that's the point it wasn't meant to outdo the previous book it's more intimate and it's told from a completely different perspective.
