good story with awful editing

The story was great but if you take out all the time that it took to to say name and chapter numbers, the book would have been 4 hours. I think the longest chapter was 14 minutes but there were many more chapters that were closer to 10 seconds. why would anybody make a chapter one sentence long! Even in the middle of smexy time... one smexy scene shouldn't take 3,856 chapters. The narrators were great though and the story was decent just really broken up. "chapter 178 Courtney, and he said he'd be home soooooooonnnn." chapter 170 grrrrr. was super frustrating by the end at chapter 198!! I've literally listened to 20 hour books that had 30 chapters..

I feel like I rode a roller coaster of emotions. what a fantastic trilogy... this book keeps you guessing and thrown in different directions. I wouldn't call it the spiciest book but a must finish. definitely a SA trigger warning. such a great story!

the story was ok... meh.. I think it would have been a lot better in duet with there being so many narrators. being in duel, I wasn't a fan of the female narrators male voices. her voice just wasn't deep enough and was too chipper. ...

chapter 11 is amazing. I want somebody to fawn over me like that and make me feel that beautiful. his words! his voice! and when he says "I have three degrees and I don't even know what word explains how gorgeous you look"!! swoon***

the performance was phenomenal!

let me start off by saying I don't normally write reviews but.... it is absolutely amazing how a narrator can throw you so far into a story that you lose yourself. I've heard hundreds of audiobooks and have no triggers, like none. but the SA in this book with these two phenomenal narrators, I lost it. I ugly cried, called my mom (I'm 44) and had to take a break after the end of part 1 which is where I'm at now. I'll check back soon

most amazing, low, growling male seductive voice x 10! the sound of his voice makes me shiver. I normally wear only one earbud and the first words, I had to put in both. thank you thank you 🙏🙏

I loved the comedy mixed with the seriousness

okay I rarely make reviews before I finish the book but I am thoroughly enjoying this book. I am on chapter 18 and absolutely loving it. I love the duet narration, the comedy and back and forth banter. worth multiple listens
