Terrible presentation....the book sounded like an infomercial. I couldn't wait for it to be over.
What was most disappointing about the authors’s story?
Ideas are pretty good but I couldn't get past the way the were presented.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
No. The audio book seems to be missing a lot of content of the book itself. At least 2/3s of it. I was quite disappointed. It is more of an overview of what the book is about. The book itself is fantastic by the way!

No. I was looking forward to listening to the book while driving. The book itself has a lot of important content and examples the audiobook is missing.

This book is fantastic!! I couldn't stop listening! It is great for a beginner broker and for brokers with years of experience in the mortgage industry. A lot of great ideas that I will definitely be implementing myself. I can't wait for Volume 2 and 3.
