Too many low value characters to keep track
Revisado: 01-03-25
The ending was good, but the perseverance it took to get there was unprecedented for me and has turned me off of mysteries for a while.
Narrator was excellent.

Hope at any age!
Revisado: 09-22-24
So few authors these days and especially in this genre tell stories about living, as an older person. It’s refreshing to hear an optimistic vantage point on grief and the possibilities that life has to offer, even in middle age. We aren’t dead yet and in fact it’s more likely, given the likelihood we have experienced loss and the complexities that come with having been around awhile, that having access to fiction that reminds us that it’s maturity isn’t something that inhibits living is refreshing.

“the Green Witch” is in every sentence
Revisado: 06-09-24
Perhaps it is not fair for me to review and rate this book yet since I have not completed it, but in the four chapters I have completed. I’ve noticed the author referring to “the green witch” in almost every sentence. I’m tempted to go through and count how many times how and many pages is just “the Green witch” lol
I will amend this review if/when I can complete the book
