Thank you for this book, the best I know about meditation. Its focus on the essence of techniques while doing away with all the esoteric jargon that you find often in this context is exactly what I needed to get started. Plus the inisight in the struggles and setbacks that will occur are worth gold for me.This is a fantastic book and has really added sothing to my life. Most meditation books are fluffy, sleeping matetial.

It is also great for helping those that are not as introverted as others and need help. this book as a reference in how to read and use body language to have successful meetings and build ongoing relationships

This guidebook is fantastic and really helpful. Truly this book is informative and educational. Great read and a must for the ones that want to know more about this subject.It has also helped me correct some of my own body language that I've always sensed was inconsistent with the way I felt, based largely on how other people treated me. I do worry about the tricksters who will use the information in this book to exploit and manipulate people.!
